She’s held senior positions directing some of the world’s leading brands within start-ups, enterprises, and agency settings across Africa, North America, East Asia, and EMEA, facilitating the formulation and implementation of brand strategy on an organizational and operational level.

More than just a brand executive, Lindie is a champion of diversity and inclusivity. She actively works to embed these values across all functions of the organization, from hiring practices to training, with the mission of fostering a culture of inclusivity that celebrates individuality and promotes innovation.

Recent accolades include being named a Top 50 Women Leaders of Toronto 2024 Awardee by Women We Admire and one of the Top 50 Women Alumni of her alma mater.
